Favorite things Friday!!
I don't like to buy bottled water from the grocery store. They are expensive, heavy and take up too much room in the cart. I also didn't like the idea of all the water bottles that in up in the land fills ( I like to do my part to help save the planet). If you buy bottled water, add up how much you spend on it in one month. How much could you save each month if you didn't buy them? How much could you be saving over a year? What could you and your family do with that money?
I have tried many different types of water bottles, and this is the best one I have found.
- it doesn't leak
- it doesn't make the water taste like plastic
- it is BPA free
- every piece comes apart from the bite valve to the straw inside. This makes it easy to clean.
- the handle makes it easy to carry and it can be use with a Carabiner to hook onto a backpack.
- the insulated ones do not sweat, so there is no worry of getting everything in the backpack wet!
- bite valves can be purchased separately to replace worn out ones
I recommend a Camelbak Water Bottle
for each member of your family. They come in many different types and colors. If they are taken care of, they should last for years. Just think, no more lugging heavy bottled water from the grocery store each week!!
