Me time is very important!

Thursday, Thinking of ME

We all need ME time.  It recharges our body and mind so that we can carry out the rest of our day. Set aside some time each day to devote to yourself.  Write it on your calendar.  Even if it is only 15 minutes, you will be a better mother and wife if you do.   Spend some time doing something you enjoy.

 Here are some ideas for ME time
  1. read a book
  2. give yourself a mani/pedi
  3. keep a journal
  4. go see a movie
  5. have lunch with a friend
  6. go shopping
  7. have your own Spa Day at home
Enjoy your ME time, you deserve it!
