DUMP CAKE IN A JAR
What could be better than your own little cake in a jar? Here is what you will need to make this easy, simple, delicious cake.
4 - 8oz Mason Jar
1 cup cherry pie filling
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix well the flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Place 1/4 cup each of the pie filling and and crushed pineapple in to each jar. pour 1/4 cup of the dry ingredients into each jar. Top each jar with 1 tbsp butter
Place jars in a pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour. The jars will be very hot!!! When cooled, top with whipped cream and serve. If you don't eat all of them don't worry. Put the lid on the jar and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
You can also substitute the pie filling and pineapple with fresh fruit.
